The surveyor mobilises to berth, anchorage, terminal or yard — same day across our own port network — with port entry, agent liaison and gate passes handled at our end.
Advise
Preliminary advice within 24 hours of attendance — the findings that affect a commercial decision, sent while the decision is still open rather than after it.

The full report under our ISO 9001:2015 controlled format, with photographic evidence — and continued support through negotiation, adjustment or hearing where needed.
